Retail theft
Adrian Minaya Gomez, 19, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:29 p.m. Nov. 20. Minaya Gomez allegedly attempted to steal three Playstation games and one computer software program with a total value of $134.87.
Kristen Fiorot, 28, of Bethlehem, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:45 p.m. Nov. 22. Fiorot allegedly attempted to conceal several bottles of baby formula while leaving the store.
A 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, both of Whitehall, were charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:54 p.m. Nov. 22. The pair allegedly attempted to steal a video game valued at approximately $25.
Emely and Cindy Barahona, both 20, of Allentown, were charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:30 p.m. Nov. 24. The pair allegedly attempted to steal various items with a total value of $67.52.
Eliza Baldwin, 18, and Kristin Vogrin, 18, were charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Nov. 28. The two Kutztown University students allegedly attempted to steal makeup by concealing it in their purses and pockets.
Access device fraud
An unknown actor used a Macungie resident's credit card to purchase various items at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 1:30 a.m. Nov. 18 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 22.
