DUI
Matthew Uribe, 23, of Bethlehem, was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 at mile marker 62.8, Upper Saucon Township, 2:01 a.m. Nov. 18. Uribe was stopped for a traffic violation and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Matthew Eherts, 20, of Allentown, was arrested for DUI in the Wawa parking lot, 4900 Hamilton Blvd., Wescosville, 4:31 a.m. Nov. 18. Eherts was allegedly under the influence of alcohol while sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle.
Prohibited offensive weapon
Nicholas Chernay, 24, of Coopersburg, was charged with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon in the 7500 block of Chestnut Hill Road, Lower Milford Township, 6:06 a.m. Nov. 15. Troopers were dispatched to the location for an alleged disturbance and found Chernay in possession of brass knuckles.
Harassment
A 36-year-old female was charged with harassment after sending "alarming text messages" to a 41-year-old male in the 1100 block of Tee Court, Lower Macungie Township, 10:24 p.m. Nov. 14.
Tammy Schuler, 39, of Allentown, was charged with harassment in the 700 block of Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:57 p.m. Nov. 18. Schuler allegedly threw a cell phone at the victim causing minor swelling of the victim's wrist.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor shot a BB through the rear window of a residence in the 4600 block of Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, between 3:30 p.m. Nov. 16 and 4 p.m. Nov. 18.
An unknown actor threw toilet paper over trees and moved rocks into a flower bed in the 2500 block of Cross Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 1 and 2 a.m. Nov. 18.
Burglary
An unknown actor stole two full five-gallon cans of gas from a residence in the 5000 block of Wendi Drive West, Upper Milford Township, between 4 p.m. Oct. 27 and 5 p.m. Nov. 7.
An unknown actor removed a bathroom window to gain entry to Wlazelek Auction Gallery, 2571 Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 15. The victim said no items appeared to be missing.
Theft
A 41-year-old male allegedly stole a black Glock handgun from a residence in the 5100 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 7 a.m. Nov. 10 and 11 p.m. Nov. 17. The gun was a model 40 with a PNU217 serial number.
An unknown actor stole a Hilti TE 35 Hammer Drill and drill bits from a residence in the 1700 block of Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 4:30 p.m. Nov. 6 and 1:30 p.m. Nov. 17. The equipment was owned by Dual Temp, of Allentown, and valued at approximately $700.
An unknown actor stole a spool of aluminum wire from 7879 Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township, between noon Nov. 5 and 4 p.m. Nov. 6. The spool was valued at $500 and owned by Michaels Power, out of Neenah, Wis.
Theft from a motor vehicle
An unknown actor stole an iPhone from an unlocked vehicle in the 3300 block of Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, between 10:15 and 10:40 p.m. Nov. 14.
An unknown actor stole a TomTom GPS and cash from a vehicle in the 7400 block of Foxglove Place, Lower Macungie Township, between 7 p.m. Nov. 17 and 1 p.m. Nov. 18.
Access device fraud
An unknown actor used a Zionsville resident's credit card to make three unauthorized purchases Nov. 8.
DUI checkpoint
Pennsylvania State Police will be conducting DUI checkpoints throughout Lehigh and Northampton counties Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.
