Whitehall Township's mayor, commissioners and treasurer are not in line for pay raises in 2013.
Other township employees are scheduled for pay raises of 2.5 to 3 percent.
Mayor Edward D. Hozza Jr. receives an annual salary of $83,628, much less than the pay for some school administrators in the area.
Township police Chief Linda Kulp is the highest paid employee on the township's payroll, with a salary of $90,883, expected to go up to $93,382 in 2013. In addition, she receives a $2,500 bonus for longevity and $1,200 as part of an employee incentive program.
The township deputy mayor, an appointed position held by Jack Meyers, will receive $81,765 in compensation next year, up from the $79,771 in 2012.
Treasurer Diane Hunsicker, who holds an elected office, will receive $35,215 in 2013, the same as in 2012.
The office of fire chief, an appointed office held by Robert Benner, will receive $70,632, up from $69,909. Lee Rackus, bureau chief for development, planning and zoning, is in line for a raise from $74,119 to $75,972.
The surveyor's salary ranges from $65,628 to $67,269.
Public Works personnel will see a 2-percent pay boost per union contract, and police officers will receive a 2.5-percent increase through a union agreement with the township.
The township's 27 officers ranked as patrolmen five will see a 2.5-percent pay hike, bringing their salaries from $70,637 to $72,580 in 2013. The police officers with the lowest pay, a rank of patrolman two, will see their salaries increase to $62,566 next year, up from $56,451 in 2012. Lieutenants will receive $80,829 next year and sergeants $78,328.
The post of recreation chief, paid $59,491 in 2012, will receive $60,978 next year.
