DUI

Blair James Miller, 45, of Emmaus, was arrested for DUI at 4th and Jubilee streets, Emmaus, Nov. 2. Miller was allegedly under the influence of alcohol with a .24 percent BAC when he was involved in a minor motorcycle accident.

Annette Lillian Durr, 34, of Emmaus, was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of Society Park Court, Emmaus, Nov. 3. Durr was allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol with a .23 percent BAC.

Beverly Kressley, 78, of New Tripoli, was arrested for DUI in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, Emmaus, Nov. 4. Kressley was allegedly under the influence of alcohol with a .08 percent BAC when her vehicle crashed into two parked cars.

An unknown actor smashed a vehicle windshield with a rock in the 200 block of N. 1st Street, Emmaus, Nov. 8.

Burglary

An unknown actor stole $13,500 worth of computer related equipment from United Employment LLC, 308 Main St., Emmaus, Nov. 3.

Theft from a motor vehicle

An unknown actor stole a portable DVD player and DVDs from a vehicle in the 300 block of Berger Street, Emmaus, Nov. 1. The stolen items had a total value of $220.

Theft

An unknown actor stole two rims and tires from a vehicle at Lehigh Valley Honda, 675 State Ave., Emmaus, Nov. 1. The stolen items had a total value of $1,000.

An unknown actor stole a generator from outside a residence in the 200 block of N. 2nd Street, Emmaus, Oct. 29 or 30. The generator was valued at $4,500.

An unknown actor stole a front grille and battery from a vehicle in the 300 block of Powder Mill Lane, Emmaus, Nov. 5.
