DUI

Ryan Young, 27, of Macungie, was arrested for DUI on Lower Macungie Road at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:55 p.m. Oct. 15. Young was stopped for a traffic violation and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance.

Charles Kuntz, 29, of Kempton, was arrested for DUI on Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:40 p.m. Oct. 17. Concerned citizens said they saw Kuntz's blue work van swerving which prompted them to call 911. Kuntz was stopped at the American House Restaurant in Alburtis and was allegedly found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Addonijah Rossi, 25, of Macungie, was arrested for DUI on Chestnut Street at Cedar Crest Boulevard, Emmaus, 2:53 a.m. Oct. 18. Rossi was stopped for having taillights out and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Rebecca Blair, 25, of Alburtis, was arrested for DUI on Mill Road at Shimerville Road, Upper Milford Township, 2 a.m. Oct. 20. Blair was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Timothy Guth, 29, of Easton, was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 at mile marker 61.4, Upper Saucon Township, 2:53 a.m. Oct. 20. Guth allegedly crashed his vehicle into the mile marker sign while under the influence of alcohol.

Paula Cuchran, 39, of Northampton, was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 eastbound at Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 12:25 a.m. Oct. 24. Cuchran was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Jerome Keifer, 27, of Wescosville, was arrested for DUI in the 700 block of Krocks Court, Lower Macungie Township, 4:05 a.m. Oct. 24. Keifer was stopped for an equipment violation and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.

False ID to law enforcement

Juan Carlos Agudelo-Benjumea, 37, of Columbia, was arrested for providing false identification to a law enforcement officer on Interstate 78 westbound at the Northampton County line, Upper Saucon Township, 12:41 a.m. Oct. 24. Agudelo-Benjumea was stopped in a motor vehicle and allegedly provided a false name and date of birth.

Criminal mischief

An unknown actor smeared feces around the interior of a portable toilet at the PennDOT storage facility on Churchview Road, Upper Milford Township, between 12:01 a.m. Oct. 12 and 8 a.m. Oct. 19. The actor also broke the latch on a nearby locked shed.

An unknown actor used a sling shot to launch marbles at a home and vehicle in the 4900 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 10 p.m. Oct. 19 and 6 a.m. Oct. 20. The actor broke windows of both the vehicle and the home.

Retail theft

A 16-year-old female, of Allentown, and a 15-year-old female, of Allentown, were cited for retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:46 p.m. Oct. 19. The pair allegedly attempted to steal cosmetics and jewelry by hiding the items in their purses.

Theft

An unknown actor stole approximately 45 used motor batteries from a storage area behind Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 2:23 and 2:30 a.m. Oct. 19. The actor unlawfully loaded $360 worth of batteries on a white Penske van.

An unknown actor stole Halloween decorations from a home in the 2300 block of Westminster Drive, Lower Milford Township, between 12 and 8 a.m. Oct. 21.

Theft from a motor vehicle

A 29-year-old male stole a GPS unit, cigarettes and a debit card from a vehicle on Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 13. The debit card was recovered when the actor attempted to use it at a local grocery store.

Book bag found

A child's book bag was recovered on the corner of Green Drive and Driver Place, Lower Macungie Township, 11:48 p.m. Oct. 17. Anyone wanting to claim the book bag can contact the Pennsylvania State Police.

Drug possession

Lower Macungie Township workers found four marijuana plants in the 3100 block of Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 2:20 p.m. Oct. 12. The plants were seized by state police.
