DUI
Marivi Cadden, 48, was arrested for DUI on Hamilton Boulevard at Village Round, Lower Macungie Township, 1:05 a.m. Oct. 18. Cadden was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Addonijah Rossi, 25, of Macungie, was arrested for DUI on Chestnut Street at Cedar Crest Boulevard, Emmaus, 2:53 a.m. Oct. 18. Rossi was stopped for having taillights out and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Drug possession
John Cunningham Jr., 22, of Bethlehem, was charged with a violation of Act 64 on Interstate 78 westbound at Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 8:40 p.m. Oct. 10. Cunningham was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop.
Underage drinking
A 17-year-old female was cited for underage drinking at the Wingate Hotel, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 2:03 a.m. Oct. 13. Police responded to a report of a possible suicidal subject and found the accused had been consuming alcohol under the age of 21.
Harassment
Sean Will, 44, of Allentown, was charged with harassment in the 4400 block of Driftwood Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 10:25 p.m. Oct. 12. Will allegedly shoved the female victim to the ground two times and threw a shoe at her, striking her on the nose.
Clerence Broadbent, 78, of Macungie, was cited with harassment on Barclay Court, Lower Macungie Township, 3:20 p.m. Oct. 13. Broadbent allegedly assaulted a 21-year-old female over an incident which occurred earlier in the day.
Disorderly conduct
Alexander Strocky, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 2800 block of Whitemarsh Place, Lower Macungie Township, 3:46 p.m. Oct. 9. Strocky allegedly engaged in a loud verbal altercation with his girlfriend in the residence and adjacent public parking lot.
Agricultural
vandalism
Kyle Bower, 19, of Alburtis, was charged with agricultural vandalism in the area of Ruth Road and Smith Lane, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 4. Bower allegedly destroyed one acre of soy beans by driving his vehicle through the field. The vehicle was abandoned resulting in a police response. The crop damage was valued at $595.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor broke a small back window of a home in the 1100 block of Grange Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 8 p.m. Oct. 9 and 7 a.m. Oct. 10.
An unknown actor threw a rock at a residence in the 5000 block of Meadow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 9:10 p.m. Oct. 12. The rock caused damage to the siding of the home.
An unknown actor broke the rear window of two vehicles in the 3800 block of Colt Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between 10 p.m. Oct. 13 and 7 a.m. Oct. 14. The vehicles were parked in the victims' driveways at the time of the incident. Nothing was stolen from the vehicles.
George Myers VI, 23, of Allentown, was cited with criminal mischief in the 5700 block of Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:14 Oct. 15. Myers allegedly broke a taillight of the victim's vehicle.
Robbery
An unknown black male forced his way to the cash register as he was purchasing socks from Famous Footwear, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 9:06 p.m. Oct. 13. The actor was described as being between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall with a skinny build between 20 and 30 years old and wearing a black zip-up hooded sweatshirt with white writing and dark blue jeans. No weapons were brandished during the robbery and the actor fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Theft
An unknown actor stole a package from a porch in the 6000 block of Fountain Road, Upper Milford Township, Sept. 27. The package, containing an iPhone 5, was removed before the victim ever knew it was delivered.
An unknown actor stole a change purse from a patron of Panera Bread, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 11. The actor stole the item from the victim's purse.
Theft from a motor vehicle
An unknown actor stole a GPS unit from a vehicle in the 4700 block of Colebrook Ave., Upper Milford Township, between Sept. 28 and Oct. 1.
Retail theft
Carmen Diacheysn, 43, of Lehighton, was charged with retail theft at Kohl's Department Store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 4:05 p.m. Oct. 15. Diacheysn allegedly attempted to steal $327.97 worth of merchandise.
