Shakeim Saunders and Tori Gollie were crowned king and queen at the Northampton Area High School Homecoming game Sept. 28. Saunders was nominated by the Spanish Club. He is also involved in the German Club and DECA as well as the Step Team, which is a rhythmic dance group, and the PEACE Club, which is dedicated to going green. he plans to attend Virginia Commonwealth University. Gollie, representating student council, is captain of the field hockey team and a member of the softball team. She will attend La Sale University to play softball and major in nursing.
