All Catasauqua High School juniors are encouraged to pick up their parking permit applications in the school's main office as soon as possible. Any other students who will be driving to the high school should also pick up a parking permit application in the main office. Assigned parking begins Monday, Sept. 24.

Anyone interested in joining the German Club this year should visit Frau Haney in room B221 as soon as possible. Club dues are $3, used to provide a scholarship for a senior who has taken German for four years and has attained an "A" average.
If you are interested in running for office or nominating someone else, speak with Frau Haney. Nominations for president, vice president, treasurer and historian will only be taken until Friday, Sept. 21.

If you plan to order a class ring, orders and measurements will be taken Monday, Sept. 24, in the main lobby from 5 to 8 p.m. or during any of the lunch periods on Tuesday, Sept. 25. Students can view the class ring display in the rotunda. All rings ordered on these two days will be delivered in the fall, unless specified otherwise.
Juniors and seniors who want to order a class ring can pick up ordering materials in the main office.

The guidance office has announced that colleges and universities are beginning to send representatives to the school to meet with interested juniors and seniors in the guidance office conference room. Students must sign up no later than 3 p.m. the day before the scheduled meeting. The list of dates and times is posted on the guidance office bulletin board. You must have a pass signed by your teacher to attend.
Colleges visiting the school next week include Castleton College and the University of Pittsburgh/Greensburg Sept. 24; Indiana University of Pa. Sept. 25; and Juniata College and West Chester University Sept. 26.
