Parents of beginning band and orchestra students are invited to an important meeting Monday, Sept. 17, at the high school.

Smile! It's picture day: Moore Elementary and middle school students will have their pictures taken Tuesday, Sept. 18.

All students will be photographed, though purchasing the pictures is optional.

Meet the teachers: The Borough Elementary School will host its Meet the Teacher Night at the Siegfried building for grades 4-6 tonight, Thursday, Sept. 13.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m.

Lehigh and George Wolf elementary schools also will have their Meet the Teacher Nights tonight for grades 4-6. Lehigh's event begins at 6:30 p.m. and George Wolf's begins at 7 p.m.

Washington's Crossing will host Meet the Teacher Night Wednesday, Sept. 19, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

These nights present a great opportunity to meet your children's teachers. Mark your calendars and plan to attend.

School board meeting: The public is invited to the next school board meeting Monday, Sept. 24, starting at 6:30 p.m. in the district offices, 2014 Laubach Ave.
