With over 740 students at Shoemaker Elementary School, it was no surprise to Principal Lynn Brinckman to see an abundance of parents and guardians at the school Sept. 6 attending the meet the teacher event. Parents and guardians took the opportunity to meet the teachers, learn more about the curriculum and student expectations.
