Derrick George, of Macungie, was charged with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found to be passed out in the 100 block of Race Street, Macungie, 6 a.m. Aug. 26.

Theft from a motor vehicle

An unknown actor stole various items from two vehicles parked on Willow Street, Macungie, between 9 p.m. Aug. 29 and 7 a.m. Aug. 30. A laptop and change were taken from the first vehicle and an iPod and ATM card were stolen from the second vehicle.
