An unknown actor stole various electronic devices and small amounts of cash from nine vehicles on Spruce Street, Seem Street, Greenleaf Street and Berger Street, Emmaus, July 28.

Public drunkenness

Richard Roberts, 48, of Allentown, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he was allegedly observed defecating in the 600 block of the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks Aug. 17.
