Northampton field hockey will host a car wash and bake sale Sept. 15 and the team seeks your support.

The event will take place at Auto Zone on 3599 Macarthur Road in Whitehall from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

PTA and PTSA meetings: Mark your calendars for upcoming meetings for the PTA and PTSA groups.

The Lehigh and Moore Elementary PTA will have their meetings Sept. 10. Lehigh's meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. and Moore's begins at 7 p.m.

The high school PTSA meets Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 6 p.m. The Borough PTA also will meet Sept. 11 at 7 p.m.

The middle school PTA meeting is set for Sept. 12 at 6 p.m.

School board meeting: The next meeting will be Monday, Sept. 10, at the district offices, 2014 Laubach Ave., starting at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited.

Meet the Teacher Nights are coming: Moore Elementary will have its Meet the Teacher Night for grades one to three Sept. 11, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The Borough and George Wolf elementary schools host their meetings Sept. 12 for grades one to three. The Borough event begins at 6:30 p.m. and George Wolf's starts at 7 p.m.

Sept. 12 is also the date for the Moore Elementary School event for grades four to six. The time is 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The borough elementary, Lehigh and George Wolf will host their Meet the Teacher nights for grades four to six Sept. 13. Borough and Lehigh events run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m and George Wolf's begins at 7 p.m.

George Wolf book fair: George Wolf will host a book fair Sept. 12 and also Sept. 13 during Meet the Teacher Night.

Parents are encouraged to check out the great selections and help support the PTA.
