DUI
Alexis Werley, of Whitehall, was arrested for DUI on State Route 29 between Pine Street and Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:31 a.m. Aug. 8. Werley was stopped for traffic violations and was allegedly under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of .12 percent.
Cristian Pibaque, 22, was arrested for DUI on State Route 222 southbound at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:13 a.m. Aug. 19. Pibaque was stopped for speeding and failing to maintain a lane of travel when he was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Nilsa Lebeduik, 49, of Bethlehem, was arrested for DUI on Brookside Road north of Lower Macungie Road, 2:32 a.m. Aug. 19. Lebeduik was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Alex Gearhart, 23, of Whitehall, was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 eastbound east of State Route 29, Salisbury Township, 2:03 a.m. Aug. 20. Gearhart was stopped for driving westbound in the eastbound lanes and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Harrassment
Amanda Falcone, 19, of Macungie, Kristina Falcone, 18, of Macungie, and a juvenile female were charged with harassment in the 7100 block of Hearth Lane, Macungie, 11:45 p.m. Aug. 10. The group allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with the victim on the victim's property.
Christopher Clarke, 39, of Lower Macungie Township, and Anna Martinez, 33, of Lower Macungie Township, were charged with harassment in the 7000 block of Hunt Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 10:46 p.m. Aug. 13. The pair allegedly engaged in a mutual argument and physical altercation at the residence. Both sustained minor injuries but neither required medical treatment.
A 17-year-old female, of Wescosville, was charged with harassment in the 1000 block of Pine Grove Circle, Lower Macungie Township, 4 p.m. Aug. 18. The girl allegedly struck the victim with a closed fist and fled the scene after a confrontation about a jewelry bag.
Criminal mischief
An unknown perpetrator smashed a merry-go-round at the Trexlertown Grange, 1185 Grange Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Aug. 3 and 6.
An unknown perpetrator punctured a swimming pool in the 6300 block of Larch Lane, Lower Macungie Township, between 9 a.m. Aug. 14 and 6:15 a.m. Aug. 15. The person put seven holes in the pool causing $399 worth of damage.
An unknown perpetrator shattered a vehicle's rear window in the 7100 block of Heather Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 10 p.m. Aug. 15 and 11 a.m. Aug. 16.
An unknown perpetrator damaged a back sliding door in the 1400 block of Country Club Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 8:15 p.m. Aug. 15 and 8:45 p.m. Aug. 16.
An unknown perpetrator broke a bathroom window in the 900 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Aug. 15 and 21.
An unknown perpetrator drove a vehicle on the Lehigh Country Club Golf Course, 2319 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, causing damage between 12:01 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Aug. 16.
Cruelty to animals
Adam Plumley, 32, of Emmaus, was charged with cruelty to animals in the 5100 block of Spruce Road, Upper Milford Township, 9:56 a.m. Aug. 2. Plumley allegedly failed to provide proper veterinary care for his dog. The mastiff allegedly had a large growth on his mouth and was relinquished to Mastiff Rescue for proper care.
Theft from a motor vehicle
An unknown perpetrator entered a vehicle and damaged a home in the 2000 block of Poplar Lane Lower Macungie Township, 5:24 a.m. Aug. 17. The person stole an FM transmitter, with a value of $40, from the vehicle and smashed a window on the front door of the home with a wooden stick. The window was valued at $400.

of missiles
An unknown perpetrator shot or threw some form of projectile at a vehicle on Cedar Crest Boulevard between Lower Macungie Road and Indian Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:15 p.m. Aug. 13. The impact caused visible damage to the passenger side of the vehicle's windshield.
