Q: What grade are you in?
A: I am a 2012 graduate of Emmaus High School.
Q: What was your favorite subject? Why?
A: My favorite subject was chemistry. I enjoyed doing labs and I like the fact chemistry is governed by laws on how atoms and molecules interact and combine.
Q: Did you receive any special awards or recognition?
A: I was a National Merit Scholar semifinalist, a member of National Honor Society and of the Spanish Honor Society and the Emmaus Football Scholar Athlete.
Q: Were you involved in any extracurricular activities?
A: I was a captain on the 2011 varsity football team.
Q: What is your next goal after high school?
A: I will attend Muhlenberg College and play college football while majoring in chemistry and completing a pre-medicine program.
Q: What would you say your biggest challenge was?
A: My biggest challenge was balancing my school work with the huge time commitment of football.
Q: What do you want to be remembered for?
A: I would like to be remembered as a leader on the football team and as a hardworking student athlete.
Q: Who is in your family?
A: My dad Steve; my mom Jane and my brother Andrew.
Q: Do you have someone you look up to?
A: I look up to my dad. He has always pushed me to excel and to work hard so I can perform at the top of my ability, both academically and athletically.
Q: Do you have any advice for your peers?
A: My advice would be not to sell yourself short. Regardless of whether it's school or sports; accept nothing less from yourself than your own personal best.
